ok, so i had an account on one of the old portals, gpotato.eu/na or webzen, like years ago. and now i want to add my mu legend key, so i try to log in with the username i was pretty sure was the old one. i get a popup saying i need to update this account, so go here, its fast and easy, blah blah. so i go there, add the info, and it says it cant.
